We’re building leading-edge mobility and data-driven technology to help healthcare organizations understand transportation barriers and solve them by finding and booking transportation for patients with complex needs; such as wheelchair, stretcher, and/or door-through-door transport. We specifically target vulnerable communities, as we are passionate about bringing innovation to communities that are often overlooked.

About The Role:

We are looking for a Director of Go-To-Market and Business Development to develop, grow and manage our health system and payor customer acquisition. This role will work directly with the Founder and CEO to drastically expand the company’s customer base.

Requirements:

Specifically, the Director of Healthcare Business Development will:

  • Develop, implement and manages MedHaul’s outreach, partnership and sales
  • Oversee day-to-day engagement with our healthcare partners and customers to deliver high quality work that exceeds customer expectation
  • Problem solve and collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve existing product offerings and partnership strategy.
  • Manage customer timelines, deliverables, and resolve all customer requests and issues
  • Problem solve and collaborate cross-functionally with product, research, sales, and operations teams to identify opportunities to improve existing product offerings and partnership strategy.
  • Represent our capabilities to advance the patient engagement and reimbursement priorities of our healthcare and payor partners.

People & Project Management Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in health system and/or payor business development roles at corporate healthcare entities or healthcare consulting firms
  • Strong experience building a pipeline, qualifying, and identifying the best customers
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams, balancing needs and priorities from both groups.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously.
